Trolla started with a simple observation: India's trucking industry is massive, but shippers and truckers spend more time dealing with middlemen than actually moving goods. We're changing that.
Why we exist
India has 10 million trucks.
Most of them run half-empty.
The Indian trucking industry moves ₹15 lakh crore worth of goods every year. But the system connecting shippers with truckers is still built on phone calls, local brokers, and personal networks built over decades.
The result: shippers overpay because they can't compare rates transparently. Truckers underearn because brokers take 10–15% of every deal. And nearly 40% of all truck trips in India are run empty on return journeys — fuel burned, money lost, pollution created.
We built Trolla to fix this. A direct marketplace where shippers post loads, truckers bid, and both sides transact transparently — without a middleman taking a cut of every deal.

Our technology is built in-house: a proprietary matching algorithm that connects trucks with loads based on route, capacity, timing, and rate — not just geography. Every feature is designed for the realities of Indian freight: variable connectivity, diverse cargo types, and the trust dynamics of a market that runs on relationships.
